Aaron Daniels
Director
Aaron started his career in Engineering working on-site as a Surveyor and Assistant Project Manager, gaining an appreciation for the buildability of the designs he would go on to produce in his career. During Aarons experience in Design, he predominantly focused on Highways Design, designing to TSM, LTN, DMRB and more. Aaron has worked on projects within the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Highways sectors.

Mathew Grainger
Director
Mathew has circa 15 years experience in the industry, coming from Director positions of previous consultancies. Mathew started his career on site working as an Engineer for the London Olympics stadium. Mathew progressed his career into a Design role where he has carried out hundreds of Civils Designs and working up to Director Positions.

Senior Engineer
Brandon has more than 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked for multiple global consultants. ​​Brandon excels in communication and client relations, having completed multiple civil designs for various clients. Brandon is a key member of the design team and brings a depth of experience to the residential team.
